Tom Blair Services, Inc. has become skilled in fundamental ways to "hunker down" and cut all non-essential business overhead. In doing so, we continue to offer responsible and reasonable fees for services to our hundreds of tax compliant clients...and by doing so, we have economically survived where other competitor firms have not.
This website is provided to essentially benefit intelligent taxpayers, both existent clients and potential new customers of our firm, and even toward benefitting other caring and responsible tax professionals as they deem appropriate. It is definitely the very "heart" of our communications efforts, and as such we invite YOU, the reader, to tell others about our website, particularly family members, friends and neighbors as well as co-workers.
Remember always that after April 15th each year Jeanne and I are often running errands (usually on Wednesdays and weekends) or have taken a mini-vacation, but you can always drop us a letter, an e-mail or make a phone call and leave a message on a year around basis (do speak clearly and slowly...too many folks talk like "auctioneers" and we too often have difficulty in understanding their words and the phone numbers they leave).
Thank you again for visiting our web site. If you need to contact us during "summer hours" 11 to 7, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, please direct dial (904) 879-6336 or toll-free at 1-888-250-5687. Other contact information can be found on our contact page on this website. Have a great summer!

There are some basics that can help you to remain federal tax compliant and not overlook valuable deductions from taxable income or even-more-valuable tax credits (dollar-for-dollar off your federal tax obligation). These tips should help:
<>Organize your information and documents into three groups: Income, deductions and tax credits. Keep all tax data in the same place (a drawer, a shoe box, whatever...just don't put it…
While not trying to sound like a deranged fear-monger, it is a serious concern that I have for Americans that is not being addressed by the public media at all.
.
Please at least consider these questions and then answer them honestly for your own and your loved-ones' sakes:
.
[ ] Do you have enough food today to get through a crisis situation?
.
[ ] Ask yourself if you'd be eating in a week if your food sources ran out today?
Watch this site for helpful tax hints once the federal legislature determines what all the final 2011 tax facts will be for the 2011 tax year (Congress is considering changing a variety of items, possibly even as late as February 2012 retroactively back to 2011).

Other information for you to consider:

I know we can all agree that money is "something that can be earned and spent and taxed". That "money" is demanded by tax authorities, utility companies and most retailers in the form of "fiat" US Federal Reserve Notes here in the USA and not uncommonly elsewhere on planet earth.
.
But did you know that in other societies in the past that "money" as a medium of exchange could be manifest not in paper but instead in large stone wheels one had to store and could exchange title…
Greetings Mr. Thomas. You made a statement on our page declaring that it is not good to discuss religion on the internet, then you go into a interesting discussion about religion. With all due respect sir. Our page has nothing to do with a "religion." This statement may not make sense to you, but you may want to read the information on our page again.
In reference to your comment about the Sabbath. It is almost true. Part of the the Bible Believing Sabbath is on Saturday according to the American Calendar, but to be more accurate, the Sabbath starts Friday at sunset and ends Saturday at sunset. I encourage you to Stay Humble Mr. Thomas, GOD has much to teach us sir, but we have to stay humble.
When we confine fellowship to One day and when we use a day to determine the validity of who we congregate with that does not align with the Holy Bible, then we have confined GOD to a religion that HE has nothing to do with. Sir, if we read and study the book of Acts, we will see that fellowship is everyday (Acts chapter 2 verse 46). We are also encouraged in GOD's word to fellowship even more as we see the day of the LORD's return approaching (Hebrews chapter 10 verse 25). Mr. Thomas, don't confine GOD to a relationship that is based on One day that people gather, but rather have a engaged lifestyle of worship that comes from Daily fellowship in the spirit with the Only true GOD!
May the LORD grant you the grace to walk in HIS truth and not any private interpretation.
Mr. Thomas, No One can know truth unless GOD reveals it to them. We must Humble ourselves under the mighty hand of GOD and cry out for more of HIM! We must Pray to El-ohim to reveal HIMSELF to us through JESUS CHRIST in the power of HIS resurrection like never before as we grow in grace!
